Trojena is NEOM's mountain destination: a 60km² year-round outdoor experience set within the Hejaz Mountains at elevations exceeding 1,500 metres — encompassing ski slopes, extreme sports, adventure tourism, and lakeside resort living. Trojena will host the 2029 Asian Winter Games, the first ever held in the Arab world.

One of the largest privately-developed urban projects in Africa, the $3 billion development fund delivered 1.3 million square metres of mixed-use and a further 1 million square metres of industrial and logistics assets.
The precinct encompassed commercial office districts, high-density residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and civic uses — built around a rigorous sustainability and urban design framework. Waterfall City won Africa's Best Mixed-Use Project for seven consecutive years and World's Best Mixed-Use Project for four consecutive years at the International Property Awards.
Served as Development Director at Omniyat Holdings, responsible for a 225,000m² mixed-use skyscraper complex valued at over $600 million within the Dubai International Financial Centre. The scheme comprised a 64-storey Rosewood hotel and branded residential tower alongside a 40-storey Grade A commercial tower, unified by a shared retail and amenity podium.

Led two new 50,000m² regional retail centres and a commercial technology park campus, alongside a strategic diversification programme into alternative asset classes including healthcare facilities, student accommodation, and high-rise residential.
